I offer Swedish, Trigger Point, and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT). Oftentimes I use the techniques in combination, with Swedish techniques to aid in relaxation, while the Trigger Point and NMT techniques are effective in decreasing muscle pain.

Massage treatments are tailored to meet your specific needs. If you work on a computer you may want work on your back, neck, and arms only. Maybe you like to hike and decide you want to include some work on your legs and feet the next time. 

I welcome feedback during your massage session. This is your massage and I want your experience to always meet your expectations, so if you are chilly, don't like the music, or need me to adjust my pressure, for example, please let me know. I keep notes to remember these things for future appointments. And if you don't like conversation during your massage, I remain quiet so you can relax.
