Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:


Missed/Changed Appointments

Any missed appointments or changes made within 2 hours of scheduled appointment time will incur a $25 non-refundable fee.  Emergency or illness is excepted. Thank you for understanding.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. 
 

Illness

Massage is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. If you are experiencing any fatigue or cold/flu symptoms on the day of your appointment, please reschedule (without penalty). Your health and safety, as well as that of others, is my top priorty. Thank you.
